It is best to avoid lunchtime because we are very busy then and you could have a longer wait than at other times
We run an evening session every Tuesday
|Mondays||10 till 1|
|Tuesdays||10 till 3    and||5 till 7 in the evening|
|Wednesdays||10 till 1|
|Thursdays||10 till 3|
|Fridays||10 till 1|
These are just our drop-in hours: appointments are scheduled throughout the day.

We use a triage system called "Gateway".
This means we will initially carry out a short assessment of your problem after which you will be either offered information to help resolve the problem or offered an appointment for a fuller discussion and detailed advice. See What you can expect when you visit us
To get an initial Gateway assessment you will need to either telephone us or visit us during the "Drop-in" hours highlighted above.
