Our Court Desk will continue at Reigate County Court

Following the closure of Epsom County Court, residents of Epsom who are issued with possession proceedings will be asked to attend Reigate County Court for their hearing. We have joined with Reigate and Banstead CAB and will continue to operate our court desk to assist and advise defendants from Epsom at Reigate County Court.

Residents of Ewell who are issued with possession proceedings will be asked to attend Kingston County Court for their hearing. A court desk is operated there by Kingston Law Centre.

IF YOU ARE ISSUED WITH POSSESSION PROCEEDINGS, IT IS REALLY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ATTEND THE HEARING TO GIVE YOU THE BEST POSSIBLE CHANCE TO AVOID RE-POSSESSION
