If you wish, you can get advice without giving us your name, although that can be very restricting (if, for example, you cannot show us documents containing your name).
We will ask you to sign a data protection declaration when you first visit us that gives us consent to hold information about you in our records
If you call us, we will ask your permission to make a record of your enquiry.
If it is necessary to contact a third party on your behalf we will ask you to sign an authorisation form to give us consent to contact other people about your situation.
